RoofSell doesn't have a direct CRM integration yet. Leads don't sync to other CRMs automatically, and there are no webhooks or public API. To get leads into another CRM, export them from the Dashboard as a CSV or Excel file and import that file into your CRM.
Is there a direct CRM integration?
Not today. RoofSell works as the CRM for your widget leads: you assign them to reps, update their status and send quotes from the dashboard. If you also run another system, the export is the bridge between the two.
How to export leads for your CRM
- Open Dashboard in the sidebar.
- Use the filters, such as Status or Date, if you only want some of your leads.
- At the bottom of the page, choose Show 50 items so more leads fit on one page.
- Tick the checkbox in the table header to select every lead on the page.
- Click Export and choose Export CSV or Export Excel. Repeat for each page if you have more than 50 leads.
The file downloads as leads.csv or leads.xlsx. For more on exporting, see Exporting leads to CSV.
Which fields come with the export
Each row has the RQP ID, status (New, Open, Won or Lost), contact name, email, phone, market, address, create date, active rep and total square feet. Most CRMs let you match these columns to their own fields during import.
Notes, product prices and the roof section breakdown aren't in the file. Open the lead on the Dashboard to see them.
Keeping your other CRM up to date
An export is a snapshot. New leads won't flow into your CRM on their own, so pick a routine, such as exporting the past week's leads every Monday with the Date filter.
The account owner also gets an email for every new lead with the full contact details, which some teams use to copy leads over by hand. See New lead email notifications.
