To track rep performance in RoofSell, filter the Dashboard lead list by rep and status. There's no dedicated per-rep report yet, and the Analytics page shows totals for the whole company when you're signed in as the owner.
How to track rep performance with filters
- Open Dashboard in the sidebar. If the filters are hidden, click the sliders icon next to the search box.
- Set Rep to the person you want to check.
- Set Date to the period you are reviewing, for example last month.
- Read the count at the bottom of the list. That is how many leads the rep had in that period.
- Change Status to Won, then Lost, then Open, and note the count each time.
Divide won leads by total leads to get the rep's close rate. For example, 9 won out of 34 leads is about 26%.
Set Rep to Unassigned to find leads nobody is working yet.
What the Analytics page shows
Analytics shows Total Leads, Conversion Rate, Total Revenue, Avg Deal Size, leads per month and a status breakdown. For the owner these are company-wide numbers. When a sales rep signs in, the same page only counts the leads assigned to them, so each rep can check their own numbers.
Revenue figures come from the estimated price on Won quotes, not from payments you've collected.
Keeping the numbers honest
- Assign every lead. A lead with no rep doesn't count toward anyone.
- Update the status as deals move. A job you won but left at Open won't count as a win.
- To keep a record, select the filtered leads and export them to CSV or Excel. The file includes the Active Rep column.
