RoofSell doesn't have a Zapier integration, outgoing webhooks or a public API right now. Your leads live in the RoofSell dashboard, and you move them to other tools by exporting them or by working from the new lead email.
What to use instead of a Zapier integration
- CSV or Excel export. Select leads on the Dashboard, export them and import the file into your CRM or spreadsheet. The steps are in CRM integration: moving leads into your CRM.
- New lead emails. The account owner gets an email for every widget lead with the name, phone, email, address, notes, roof area and price range. See New lead email notifications.
- Your website. The widget runs on any site where you can paste a script tag or an iframe. See How to embed the widget on your website.
Can I connect the lead email to an automation tool?
Some automation and CRM tools can create records from incoming emails. The new lead email uses the same layout for every lead, so it can work as a source for that kind of setup.
We don't build or support these connections, so test with a few leads before you rely on one.
Requesting an integration
If a direct connection to Zapier or your CRM would save you time, tell us:
- Click Support in the sidebar, then New Ticket.
- Under What is this about?, choose Feature request.
- Name the tool you use and what you want sent to it, for example new leads or status changes.
- Click Open Ticket.
We can't promise a date, but these requests tell us which integrations to build first.
