Every homeowner who submits your widget gets a quote email with a PDF attached. You control the quote email and PDF from the Settings page: your logo and contact details, the subject line, the greeting and which sections appear.
The email is sent with your company name as the sender name, and the PDF uses the same layout as the email. The same email goes out when you send a quote from the dashboard.
Add your logo to the quote email and PDF
- Click Settings in the sidebar and scroll to Company.
- Click Upload Logo and choose a JPG, PNG, SVG or WebP file up to 2 MB. You can crop it before it uploads.
- Fill in Company Name, Company Email, Website, Phone and Address.
- Click Save Changes.
Your logo sits at the top of the email and PDF. Without a logo, your company name shows there instead. Your phone number becomes a call button, and your website, email and address go in the footer.
Edit the subject, greeting and sections
- In Settings, scroll to Email & PDF.
- Type an Email Subject. Add {companyName} where you want your company name to appear.
- Type the Greeting Text. Add {firstname} where you want the homeowner's first name.
- Under Sections to include, switch sections on or off: Satellite Map, Top Features, Warranty / Advantages, What's Included and Additional Cost Details.
- Check the preview on the right, then click Save Email Settings.
If you leave the subject blank, it reads Your online quote from, followed by your company name.
The section switches also control the product details inside the widget, so a section you turn off disappears from both. The Satellite Map switch only affects the email and PDF.
The product details themselves, such as features and warranty text, come from each product's Customize screen. See Setting up products and Good, Better, Best pricing.
