Your company profile is the name, logo and contact details RoofSell puts on every quote email and PDF a homeowner receives. Set it up once in Settings and it applies to all quotes, including the ones the widget sends automatically.
How to fill in your company profile
- Click Settings in the left menu.
- Scroll to the Company section.
- Click Upload Logo and pick a JPG, PNG, SVG or WebP file up to 2 MB. You can Crop it after upload, or Remove it and start over.
- Fill in Company Name, Company Email, Website, Phone and Address.
- Click Save Changes.
Where your company profile shows up
- The quote email goes out under your company name. Its subject line uses your company name too, unless you write your own.
- Your logo, phone, email, website and address appear in the quote email and in the PDF attached to it.
- The widget on your website doesn't show your logo. Its look is set on the Developer page instead. See widget branding.
Customize the quote email and PDF
Below the Company section, Email & PDF controls what the homeowner receives:
- Email Subject and Greeting Text. Type {companyName} in the subject or {firstname} in the greeting, and RoofSell fills in the real names.
- Sections to include turns the Satellite Map, Top Features, Warranty / Advantages, What's Included and Additional Cost Details on or off. The last 4 also control the product details homeowners see in the widget.
- Click Save Email Settings. The preview next to the form updates as you make changes.
Profile, waste factor and slope pricing
The Profile section at the top holds your own first and last name. Your login email can't be changed there.
Waste Factor sets the default waste, from 0% to 12%, added to new roof structures. Click Save Waste Factor after you move the slider. Slope Pricing shows the markup applied to each roof slope. RoofSell sets those values, so you can view them but not edit them.
