Every roofing lead in RoofSell moves through 4 statuses: New, Open, Won and Lost. The lead lifecycle starts when a homeowner submits the widget or a rep creates a quote, and ends when you mark the job Won or Lost. Here's what happens at each stage.
The 4 stages of the lead lifecycle
- New. The lead lands on your Dashboard with an RQP ID, the homeowner's contact details, address, roof area and the page they came from. Widget leads show Widget as the lead source, and quotes made in Rep Quotes show Manual. For widget leads, the homeowner gets a quote email with a PDF attached, and the account owner gets a new lead email.
- Open. You've reviewed the quote and sent it. Clicking Save & Send or Send on the quote page emails the quote and sets the status to Open.
- Won. The homeowner said yes. Won quotes feed the Revenue by Month chart on the Analytics page.
- Lost. The job went elsewhere or went quiet. Keep it for your records and your win rate.
